New record for our friends
R.O.L.E Foundation x ClubOcean®
On January 24, 2025, 55 volunteers, including R.O.L.E. Foundation staff, Bali WISE students, SD 8 Ungasan elementary school students, and community volunteers, came together for a beach cleanup at Kedonganan Beach. Their collective efforts led to the removal of an impressive 1,033.67 kg of waste, with 85.3% being residue and 15.7% consisting of hard plastics like bottles, cups, and styrofoam. Each month, these cleanups play a crucial role in restoring the island's beaches and ensuring a healthier, safer environment for marine life to thrive. 🌊🫶

Preparing for turtle season
DEKAFOK x ClubOcean®
In January 2025, Dekafok reinforced its commitment to protecting sea turtles by removing 144 large-sized bags of garbage and 74 oversized items, including car tires, carpet pieces, and plastic boxes, from the beaches. With just four months before sea turtles return to lay their eggs, their efforts are crucial in maintaining a clean and safe nesting environment. By continuously restoring the coastline, Dekafok ensures that future generations of sea turtles have the best possible conditions to hatch and thrive. 🐢💙
